What Illness Expresses — When the Body Speaks

This month we are accompanied by the theme The Game with All Characters. Those who have been following know: it is about the roles we play — consciously and unconsciously, by choice and by fear. This week we went deeper. Into a topic that drives most people most strongly into resistance.

Illness.

Every day people come to me who have been through a long odyssey of diagnoses, pain and symptoms. And again and again the same thing reveals itself: the body is not fighting. It is showing. It speaks a language we have unlearned how to hear.

This week the field addressed exactly that.

What Illness Expresses — Evaluation as the Key

Resistance is the expression through which fear appears in the body. Fear and resistance — in experience they are the same. Whoever feels resistance, feels fear. Whoever carries fear, shows resistance. You do not feel them separately — one is the other, simply seen from two perspectives.

What does this recognition change? The evaluation. The channeling described it this way:

♾️✍🏼You step into energies that fan the fire even more. Resistance does not extinguish fire. Water does — because water is an element of flow and flowing. An element of transformation. Fire depends on an element that can burn. Remove the element from the fire, it goes out. Remove from the feeling you have — from the emotion the element of evaluation, it collapses, dissolves, until you ignite it again. So much is ignited again and again in your dealings in life. The body shows you what is burning.✍🏼♾️

People who fight for everything also fight against everything. For and against are the same here too. Just as you create your rejection as a trinity of pain and torment — resistance is the evaluation of fear. This recognition alone can break the resistance.

What Illness Expresses — the Body as Mirror

A client came to me with the diagnosis of recurring skin cancer and the symptom of light sensitivity. In her stories I quickly noticed that she judged very many things negatively and saw faults in everything and everyone. She had a strong need for control, a drive for change — yet she could not trust her own decisions. The body mirrored what it received. Since she had previously seen darkness in everything, the body responded with light sensitivity — and created darkness through the cancer.

So I posed the question to the field:

♾️✍🏼How do I evaluate a cancer — skin cancer for example — differently?

Through expression. It is an expression. An expression of light sensitivity. Too much light is the frame of the mirror. Looking into this brightness creates cancer — and demands that only the dark may be seen. The body shows that the light is not being received. The skin cancer creates darkness — the body ensures it receives it.✍🏼♾️

What followed was a direct address to me personally.

♾️✍🏼You create immobility — the body ensures you receive it. Another person with a thyroid problem creates a protective shield — the body ensures it is removed. What does this soul need to protect itself from? It may be standing between two overpowering forces and does not know how to defend itself.✍🏼♾️

A further event that had occupied me in those days was also addressed here directly with the following words.

♾️✍🏼 An accident creates a stop. A stop into a change that is required. A stop in another direction that is desired. The choice and meaning of this change has come into expression through the expression.

Peace was given.✍🏼♾️

All of this happens far below the level of consciousness. The stop in an accident is not consciously chosen — the subconscious and superconscious work together here, in a way that the conscious mind neither plans nor understands.

The connections of the three levels — consciousness, subconscious, superconscious — are connected to the soul in their own unique way. A trinity that comes together to form a supra-consciousness. We can explore many events and causes on the level of life through meditations, hypnosis or shamanic rituals, and bring about helpful changes in future actions. But only when all three connect with one another and become the supra-level is it possible for us to understand which soul plans, which experiential wishes and agendas we have chosen for this life.

We can learn to understand the perfect symbiosis of life and death. Why does a mother leave life and leave a man alone with a newborn and two young children? Why do some people overcome cancer and others keep getting it? Why do some people with the same illnesses fare well while others suffer inconceivably with the same condition? All these things cannot be explained on the medical and psychological levels.

Much of this I also cannot receive answers to through questions to the field, because it is connected to events that would alter my own experience and agenda. But finding comfort and relief in the events and challenges we have — that is, in my experience, always possible. Sometimes it requires anger, grief, despair and hopelessness before we may become aware that we hold a perspective that keeps us captive. We live here in a material, time-bound polarity that has its own physics — one that quickly brings us into familiar entanglements. And the collective consciousness fields of human existence also have their own effect.

Understanding and discussing these insights and foundations — that would take many lifetimes. But I will increasingly take up such themes in the future and attempt to analyse them. For us, the thought that we all spring from the same source is an important anchor point. And then the perspective opens: what would we actually be capable of — what would be possible if we could embrace this consciousness in its full magnitude? For if all is one, much more is possible than we can imagine.

And yet this thought is not so overwhelming — somehow also humbling. How might you manage to simply feel well today? What do you need for that?

The World in Its Processes — and Your Gaze Toward the Light

Every day, news. Donation appeals. Somewhere something is burning — and there you sit.

Tim Bendzko captured it in 2011 — "Just quickly save the world." Light, ironic, and yet so familiar. This feeling is known to anyone who opens the news.

Donation appeals are fundamentally good. And yet the constant bombardment with dramas has a side that exhausts — that leaves one powerless, small before the magnitude of what is happening out there.

The field had something to say about this.

♾️✍🏼The pain in experiencing injustice, poverty and illness is so intense and difficult to bear because many are aware of the meaninglessness of these events. More and more people recognise the senselessness in these initiated outbreaks of harm, violence and separation from unity and peace. This will, however, never be content you need to fear. All these things are transient experiences that can never destroy the source — the origin of all Being.

Your emotional stability and the feeling of belonging determine how you feel. This is purely a matter of perspective. If you stand in the darkness and look into the darkness, your path remains dark. If you stand in the darkness and turn your gaze toward the light, then your path moves toward the light. It does not have to mean that things become immediately brighter and lighter for you. It can mean that feelings, losses, pain and wounds first need to be lived through — but looking toward the light is a path that leads you out of the darkness.✍🏼♾️

The sense of belonging points clearly toward the All-One thought. We are all one, we all come from the same source. Seeking belonging is, through the experience of life in matter alone, one of the energies that seeks connection sub- and superconsciously on a supra-level. When we turn toward this connection to the source — the thought that we ourselves are part of this great power — we find this emotional stability.

This week the field led me into territory I have previously kept to personal conversations. What illness expresses — what the body shows, what lies behind it — is so individual and multilayered that a general text can only set the framework.

In a personal consultation we look together at what concerns you. And for the first time I am also offering the opportunity to pose a question to the field — a personal question that opens the space for your very own answer.
