True Healing: Identifying and Overcoming Causes"

Introduction

True healing goes beyond simply eliminating symptoms and addresses the underlying causes of our ailments. To achieve profound changes, we must identify and overcome the true causes, which often lie beyond the obvious. This journey leads us to new insights and health, guiding us along a path we can set upon.

Identifying the Causes

Identifying the true causes requires honesty and courage. Often, emotional and mental blockages are hidden behind physical symptoms, lurking deep and unnoticed. These causes are frequently not what we initially think.

A personal example from my life illustrates this: During my Gyrokinesis training, I continually had problems with breathing exercises, despite having good lung capacity from playing the clarinet. I often felt dizzy, and it was initially difficult to understand why. It was only when psychological resistances towards life itself were uncovered that I could comprehend the origin of these symptoms. As a joyful person who never struggled with depression, this was an approach I wouldn't have considered without my trainer, who was also an exceptional teacher in the psychological field.

The Power of Overcoming

Once the causes are identified, the next step is to overcome these obstacles. This means replacing negative patterns with positive habits and forging new paths. It also involves forgiving oneself and letting go of the past to make room for future growth. Overcoming is not always easy, but it is powerful. By dissolving blockages, we discover perspectives and opportunities that previously seemed out of reach.
