Dear friends,
Today, I'd like to share with you some practical tips that can help you take care of yourselves, especially when dealing with chronic pain. As someone who lives with pain, I understand how important it is to establish self-care as an integral part of our lives. These tips can assist you in improving your quality of life and nurturing a more loving relationship with yourself.
Mindful Movement: For a long time, I tried to maintain my mobility with standard physiotherapy exercises and weight training. However, this often overwhelmed me, and the enjoyment and motivation were lost. I used to advocate the saying "Sports are murder" until I discovered my trainer and Gyrokinesis®. This combination of movement and energy flow is something truly unique and inspiring. Nowadays, hardly a day goes by without me skipping my training. This gentle form of movement supports my body in building strength and flexibility. I cherish the moment when I'm in high focus, flowing with movement, and fully present within myself.
Relaxation Techniques: My regular energy healings, which I also offer as guidance on YouTube, are a daily ritual for me, both personally and in my role as a healer. The connection to my higher self already brings about a change in my emotions. The techniques of energy healing are largely an act of devotion, a channel that I can offer to the universe based on my essence to effect change in other areas. This may not always be the easiest path, as the feelings that these openings require need to be felt. However, it's a path that can bring about significant changes in a short amount of time. Despite challenging circumstances, fundamental joy and contentment become the baseline.
Healthy Nutrition: Of course, a balanced and nutrient-rich diet is also helpful for basic nourishment. Even as a daycare provider, I placed value on avoiding highly processed foods. Today, I still prefer fresh fruits, vegetables, and a low-carb diet rich in healthy fats. A healthy diet can help reduce inflammation in the body, which has improved for me especially by eliminating meat. Well-being is also closely tied to a relaxed attitude towards nutrition, something that can be beautifully achieved through hypnosis techniques.
Setting Boundaries: Learning to set, accept, and respect my boundaries is an ongoing aspect of my life, both physically and emotionally. Expecting a no often feels easier than saying no without feeling the need to justify it. Yet, saying "no" when we're overwhelmed or something doesn't serve us well is crucial. Our needs deserve to be heard and respected.
Social Support: I find great strength in the support and exchange within my social circle.
Whether it's friends, family, support groups, or professional therapists, it's very individual. It's important not to feel alone and to engage with others who have similar experiences. My content seminars offer you free opportunities for exchange.
